Our sessions have caused me to redefine myself in ways that are meaningful and at this mid-term point I find that much has changed.

Today I see that my office desk space is organized, has room to grow into and it feels good and works well.

My workroom has a greater sense of purpose. More space has been created and everything in it has a reason to be there. Extra shelving has been installed. It feels better.

I am more direct with others about who I am and what I need. I am exercising my right to be myself. It means stepping out of my comfort zone but I like the results.

I am not rushing into business activities, but am instead thinking deeply about what it means to me and how to best proceed. Time is on my side and I don't feel a need to rush. I am sorting and rearranging my priorities and looking for ways to pursue more than one thing at a time.

I am working my support system. I'm exercising! I have a greater sense of who I am and what I can do.  I have an elevator speech (though not exactly memorized).

Example:  I finished a phone call with the CEO of my company to let her know I have taken a new direction to create a new business path. My job is to build a brand new region from scratch and phoning into the executives in retail stores is part of my job. Unfortunately, I found they didn't know me and wouldn't return my calls. I have now extended my efforts into the field meeting these same people with hand shakes and face to face meetings. That decision (you helped me make) is a profitable contribution to my career and this company’s growth. Thank you!

The answer is in your ability to listen, help format the information and be part of my executive team to help create a positive direction in moving forward, So, my answer is to you, your ability to listen and be on my team is what and how you help me.
 
Coaching has helped me when I have had doubt about a direction or major business decision.
